Good breakfast with western foods and breath-taking view, for instance in the restaurant. Immaculate & well laid out room with great view.
Beds were so bad.

the hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a fantastic area, right by lawson convenient store. booked a room with marvellous views, and the staff were helpful people in explaining options in the area. the breakfast was great, served in the restaurant. besides, the location was exceptionally nice for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a botanical garden. we stayed here for 2 nights and loved the place.

Overall had very good stay in a nearby town close to Tokyo by train. The room was large and good-sized with a hair dryer, a bidet, and shower caps in the half bathroom. The location was excellent, very close to Hakone's main attractions as well as the restaurant which is around 300 meters or more. Also, scenic gardens was 2 km away from the hotel.

An Onsen Adventure Awaits
Waking up to amazing mountain views. The onsen experience, especially with its outdoor option, was pure bliss and relaxing.
The walk from the bus stop was slightly tiring after a long journey. A gym or workout area would have also been a nice addition to our stay.

Fine views of the golf course and mountains. The restaurant's limited dining options were disappointing, especially for families. Enjoyed the relaxing onsen experience.

the food options were a bit limited (could've used more variety! ). but the onsen was a gorgeous escape, the room’s view of the golf course was stunning, and the staff were super helpful with all our questions.

Fine views from the dining room.
Our experience was quite disappointing. The shuttle service was not clearly communicated, so we ended up walking uphill with heavy luggage, exhausting after a long journey. The food options were limited, and I was shocked to find out I needed to pay extra for breakfast for my child, despite being told it was included. The location was far from everything.

Good hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a relaxing full body massage. The staff helped me with my suitcases during my first stay. I highly recommend trying the local bakery! I'm coming back next year.

The hotel provides a serene atmosphere within fine mountain scenery. The spacious superior room offers modern comforts, and the onsen experience is revitalizing, with an excellent design with both indoor and outdoor areas. Dining at the Grill restaurant was enjoyable, particularly the exquisite salads, but the menu could benefit from more variety over multiple nights. Although the service is really good, the high pricing can be a drawback for longer stays.
