The location was magnificent and lovely - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Met polite and pleasant staff in explaining options in the area.

the hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a fantastic area, right by lawson convenient store. booked a room with marvellous views, and the staff were helpful people in explaining options in the area. the breakfast was great, served in the restaurant. besides, the location was exceptionally nice for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a botanical garden. we stayed here for 2 nights and loved the place.

Overall had very good stay in a nearby town close to Tokyo by train. The room was large and good-sized with a hair dryer, a bidet, and shower caps in the half bathroom. The location was excellent, very close to Hakone's main attractions as well as the restaurant which is around 300 meters or more. Also, scenic gardens was 2 km away from the hotel.

Stunning and particularly good location to Owaku-dani Valley. The staff were excellent, efficient and helped me with free parking. Good breakfast to start the day.

Got a huge room with lovely views of the mountains and golf course. the hotel is in a favorable location, close to Gotemba and Lake Ashinoko. - Nearby is Kanmidokoro Yomogiya for tea or coffee.

This place is situated in a remote spot, right next to the bus stop and Togendai port at Lake Ashinoko. Easy access for exploring around! 🚌 I absolutely loved the breakfast spread at the restaurant.

The hotel's location is stunning, making it convenient to get a meal from the railway station. It is close to popular attractions such as Lake Ashi and Ōwakudani. - the restaurant offers delicious Western cuisine options.
